Condensed Terms of Service
You will be getting a longer Terms of Service document to read and agree with before payment!- Pay up front for orders below $30 USD.
- Product will be delivered digitally.
- Seller is not responsible for loss of a product after it has been delivered.
- Customer has a right to 3 complete revisions in the sketch phase.
- Customer has right to 3 minor edits after completion (such as different colored shirt, a different color shoes, etc.)
- Must be paid in USD
- Customer can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 1 week.
- Customer can ask for a refund when work has not been completed within 2 weeks. (This excludes comics or animations of any kind)
- FOR COMICS AND ANIMATIONS: Customer can ask for a refund when work has not been completed within the time given in initial discussions. This is due to complexity of the product.
- Products CANNOT be used for commercial use without additional fees.
- The customer does not hold the right to use the product in any
blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
- Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.
- Seller can cancel and refund any order at any time.
